This box was made for some x purpose. Here the box is cut out from it's initial context. Code contains some canonically uneccessary css and classes. The box uses some JavaScript. By some reasons the .htc file is used for IE6 :hover.
Currently, clicking on the plus sign reveals and hides the text. Moving <div class="myBox-icon icon-article"> and <div class="myBox-topic"> inside <div onclick="expander(this)"> makes the whole row clickable.
